Some participants in the 2005-2006 C8 Health Project may wish to have their original C8 blood level results. If you have participated in the C8 Health Project, and if you have consented to be contacted for C8 Science Panel studies at the time of the C8 Health Project, we can mail you your results: Your C8 blood level, as well as the level of nine other related chemicals also measured at that time.

To request your C8 results, you can send an email to the C8 Science Panel at panel.c8study@gmail.com, requesting your C8 results . All information you provide will be kept confidential by the C8 Science Panel, as will your C8 results. In your email please provide identifying information so we can be sure to match up the right person with the corresponding lab result: include your full name and date of birth, along with your address at the time of the C8 Health Project in 2005-2006 or your SSN. We will then send you a letter with the values of C8 and other related chemicals which were measured in your blood during the C8 Health Project.
